WeDo Lunar Rover

This month, we're excited to announce that we'll be hosting a workshop where participants will have the opportunity to design, build, and code their own Lego WeDo Rovers! These rovers will be designed to navigate over a simulated lunar surface, complete with obstacles and challenges to overcome.

Throughout the workshop, participants will learn about the basic concepts of robotics, including mechanics, sensors, and programming. They'll also get hands-on experience with the Lego WeDo 2.0 software, which is an easy-to-use drag-and-drop programming tool.

The workshop will be divided into several sessions, starting with a brief introduction to the basics of robotics. Then, participants will start designing and building their rovers using Lego WeDo 2.0 building blocks. The rovers will then be programmed to navigate over a simulated lunar surface, complete with obstacles and challenges to overcome.

Participants will work individually or in small groups, and will be able to test and refine their rovers throughout the workshop. There will also be a final demonstration where participants can showcase their creations and compete in a rover challenge.

This workshop is perfect for anyone who is interested in learning about robotics, coding, and engineering. We will also have an instructor on hand to guide and assist participants throughout the workshop.
